2. Would you be able to help if I want to set up a company?

Yes. We can draft the Memorandum of Association (Constitution) and the Articles of Association.

3. How can you help if my company is sued or wishes to sue a third party?

In both cases you must be represented by a lawyer. Hence, we can defend the claim if there is a claim against your company or prosecute the claim if your company wishes to sue a third party.

4. What if my company is charged with committing a criminal offence?

We can represent you in court, make representations to the Attorney General’s Chambers to drop or reduce the charges, make a mitigation plea if you decide to plead guilty to the charge or claim trial to the charge if you wish to contest it.
